1. Overview

Welcome to REVOXYZ.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of our website, purchases of physical products, access to digital products and other services provided by REVOXYZ.

REVOXYZ is a sole proprietorship registered in Sweden, specializing in aftermarket replacement parts, accessories, custom components, 3D-printed products and digital 3D models.

Our online store is powered by Shopify.

REVOXYZ offers products to customers in Sweden, supported European Union countries and Norway, subject to the markets and purchasing options enabled in our online store.

By placing an order, you agree to the Terms and policies presented before completing your purchase.

Please read these Terms carefully before purchasing.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes mandatory rights granted to consumers under Swedish law or other applicable consumer protection legislation.

2. Customer Accounts and Eligibility

Customers must be legally capable of entering into a purchase agreement under applicable law.

When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate and current information necessary to process your purchase, including relevant contact, billing and delivery details.

If you create or use a customer account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Please contact REVOXYZ immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

We may restrict access to accounts used for fraudulent, unlawful or abusive activities, subject to applicable law.

3. Products and Product Information

REVOXYZ offers physical replacement parts, accessories, custom components and downloadable digital 3D models.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, specifications, dimensions and compatibility information are accurate.

Product specifications, materials, included accessories and available options are stated on the relevant product pages.

Product appearance and color may vary slightly due to manufacturing characteristics, materials, lighting and display settings.

These variations do not remove the customer's rights if a product fails to conform to its description, agreed characteristics or applicable legal requirements.

3D-Printed Products

Many REVOXYZ products are manufactured using additive manufacturing technologies.

Depending on the product and manufacturing method, minor visible layer lines, surface textures and other normal characteristics of 3D printing may be present.

Such characteristics do not automatically constitute defects where they are consistent with the product description and agreed quality requirements.

REVOXYZ may improve product designs and manufacturing methods over time.

Changes to an accepted order that materially affect agreed product specifications will not be made without the customer's consent.

Aftermarket Replacement Parts

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, REVOXYZ replacement parts are independently manufactured aftermarket products.

References to vehicle manufacturers, models, model years or third-party trademarks are used to identify intended compatibility.

Such references do not imply that REVOXYZ products are original equipment manufacturer (OEM) components or are officially approved, sponsored or endorsed by the relevant vehicle manufacturer.

4. Product Compatibility and Customer Responsibilities

Customers should carefully review product descriptions, dimensions, compatibility information, photographs and available options before placing an order.

For automotive products, customers should verify that the selected product is suitable for the intended vehicle, model year and existing mounting arrangement.

Customers are responsible for:

• Selecting the correct product and available options.

• Checking relevant vehicle and component compatibility.

• Reviewing dimensions and included accessories.

• Selecting the intended physical or digital product format.

• Providing accurate delivery and contact information.

• Following applicable installation and usage instructions.

Customers are encouraged to contact REVOXYZ before purchasing if they are uncertain about compatibility or product specifications.

REVOXYZ remains responsible for the accuracy of information it provides and for products meeting applicable legal requirements.

5. Installation, Safety and Intended Use

REVOXYZ products must be installed and used in accordance with their intended purposes, stated limitations and any supplied safety instructions.

Customers should ensure that installation is performed correctly and, where appropriate, by a suitably qualified person.

Products must not be exposed to operating conditions outside their stated specifications.

Incorrect installation, unsuitable operating conditions, unauthorized modifications or misuse may cause damage or product failure.

Unless expressly identified as suitable for such applications, products should not be used as safety-critical components or in systems where failure could create a significant risk of injury.

Customers must observe any product-specific safety warnings and installation requirements.

REVOXYZ is not responsible for damage caused solely by improper installation, misuse or unauthorized modifications where such damage is not attributable to a defect or other matter for which REVOXYZ is legally responsible.

Nothing in this section excludes responsibility for defective or unsafe products, incorrect product information, personal injury or other liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

6. Orders and Purchase Agreements

Before completing a purchase, customers must be given the opportunity to review the selected products, quantities, prices, shipping information and applicable charges.

By completing checkout, the customer submits an order to REVOXYZ.

A binding purchase agreement is normally formed when REVOXYZ accepts the order and sends an electronic order confirmation following successful checkout.

An order confirmation is sent to the email address provided during checkout.

REVOXYZ may contact customers if additional information is required to fulfil an order.

Before accepting an order, REVOXYZ may decline it for a legitimate reason, including suspected fraud, payment failure or product unavailability.

If payment has already been collected for an order that cannot be accepted, it will be refunded without undue delay.

If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, REVOXYZ will contact the customer and handle the matter in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

Customers wishing to modify an order should contact us as soon as possible.

Order modifications cannot always be accommodated once manufacturing or shipping preparations have begun.

Statutory cancellation and withdrawal rights remain unaffected.

7. Prices, VAT and Payments

Prices are displayed in Swedish kronor (SEK) unless another currency is expressly shown.

Prices displayed to consumers include applicable VAT where required, as indicated in the online store and checkout.

VAT treatment may vary depending on the customer's destination, applicable tax legislation and the nature of the purchased product.

Shipping costs and any additional charges collected by REVOXYZ are displayed before the customer completes the purchase.

International Orders

For customers in supported European Union destinations, applicable VAT is handled according to relevant tax regulations.

For orders shipped to Norway, Norwegian import VAT, applicable customs duties and customs clearance or administration fees may apply.

Unless expressly identified as collected or prepaid at checkout, such import charges are not included in the amounts collected by REVOXYZ and may be payable by the recipient.

Payments

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at checkout.

Payment processing is handled by Shopify Payments or other payment service providers made available through our store.

REVOXYZ does not independently store complete payment card numbers or card security codes.

We may change product prices and offers at any time.

Such changes do not affect previously accepted purchases at an agreed price.

If an obvious pricing or listing error occurs, we will contact the customer and handle the matter in accordance with applicable law.

8. Manufacturing, Shipping and Delivery

Many physical REVOXYZ products are manufactured after an order has been placed.

Production and delivery times depend on the product, manufacturing requirements and current order volume.

Unless a different delivery time is clearly stated and agreed before purchase, our standard physical products are offered with a delivery period of up to four weeks.

This period includes manufacturing, preparation, transportation and delivery to the customer.

The stated delivery period is not intended to limit the customer's statutory rights in the event of delayed delivery.

If a delay is anticipated, REVOXYZ will contact the customer and provide updated information.

Shipping Destinations

Physical orders may be shipped to Sweden, supported European Union destinations and Norway.

Available destinations are determined by the countries and regions enabled in our online checkout.

REVOXYZ primarily uses PostNord for physical deliveries.

Available delivery methods, applicable shipping charges and any charges collected by REVOXYZ are displayed before purchase.

For international orders, delivery may involve customs processing or additional procedures depending on the destination.

Where REVOXYZ arranges transportation for a consumer purchase, REVOXYZ remains responsible for the goods during transportation until delivery, subject to applicable law.

Customers should provide accurate delivery information and contact us promptly if corrections are required.

9. Order Cancellation, Withdrawal and Returns

Cancellation Before Delivery

Consumers have statutory rights to cancel orders for physical goods before delivery.

Depending on the circumstances, REVOXYZ may be entitled to reasonable compensation for costs arising from a cancellation where permitted by applicable law.

Such compensation does not apply where it would conflict with the customer's statutory right of withdrawal or other mandatory consumer rights.

14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Consumers purchasing online generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

For physical goods, the withdrawal period normally begins the day after the customer receives the product.

Where several products belonging to the same order are delivered separately, the withdrawal period normally begins after the final product has been received.

Standard products manufactured after an order is placed are not automatically excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal.

This includes standard REVOXYZ products manufactured using our existing designs and standard available product options.

Products manufactured according to individual customer specifications or clearly personalized may qualify for a statutory exception where applicable.

Any applicable exception will be communicated before purchase.

Customers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal are responsible for direct return shipping costs where this has been communicated in advance and is permitted by law.

Where applicable, refunds include the original standard delivery charge when the entire order is withdrawn.

REVOXYZ does not charge administrative or restocking fees for exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.

Exercising the Right of Withdrawal

Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal by sending a clear notification to support@revoxyz.com.

Customers may also use an electronic withdrawal function where made available through our online store.

Use of a particular form is not required to exercise a statutory withdrawal right.

Full details concerning withdrawal, returns, refunds, deadlines and exceptions are available in our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms restricts statutory rights relating to defective products or delayed delivery.

10. Digital Products and Downloads

REVOXYZ sells downloadable digital 3D models, primarily supplied as STL files.

A digital product purchase does not include a physical printed product unless explicitly stated in the product description.

Digital files are normally made available for download following successful payment.

Customers should review the product description to understand the file format, intended application, required equipment and any compatibility information.

Digital Products and Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for digital content purchased at a distance, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

For digital content not supplied on a physical medium, the statutory right of withdrawal may be lost when digital delivery begins only if all applicable legal requirements have been fulfilled.

These include:

• The customer's express consent to digital delivery beginning during the withdrawal period.

• The customer's express acknowledgment that this results in losing the statutory right of withdrawal.

• The legally required confirmation of the agreement.

REVOXYZ currently provides immediate digital downloads without separately obtaining the express consent and acknowledgment required to remove the statutory right of withdrawal.

Accordingly, the applicable statutory right of withdrawal remains available for these purchases, including where the purchased file has already been downloaded.

Customers wishing to exercise their right of withdrawal should follow the instructions in our Return & Refund Policy.

This does not affect statutory rights concerning defective, unavailable or nonconforming digital content.

11. Digital File License – Personal Use Only

All digital STL files sold by REVOXYZ are supplied under a personal, non-commercial use license.

By purchasing a digital file, the customer receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use that file for personal purposes, subject to these Terms.

Permitted Use

Customers may:

• Download and store purchased files for personal use.

• Produce multiple physical prints for their own personal, non-commercial use.

• Modify files for their own personal use.

• Keep reasonable personal backup copies of purchased files.

Prohibited Use

Without prior written authorization, customers may not:

• Sell physical products manufactured using purchased files.

• Use purchased files for commercial manufacturing or production.

• Share, upload, distribute or publicly publish purchased files.

• Resell, transfer or distribute purchased digital files.

• Distribute modified versions or derivative digital files.

• Transfer, assign or sublicense the purchased license.

• Use purchased files to operate a paid 3D-printing or manufacturing service.

Commercial Licenses

REVOXYZ does not currently offer commercial-use licenses.

All digital files sold through the store are licensed exclusively for personal, non-commercial use.

Purchasing a digital file does not grant permission to manufacture products for sale, commercially distribute printed parts or otherwise exploit the purchased design commercially.

Any exception to these restrictions requires separate, express written authorization from REVOXYZ.

Intellectual Property

Purchasing a digital file does not transfer ownership of intellectual property rights held by REVOXYZ or its licensors.

All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by their respective rights holders.

Unauthorized distribution or commercial use may result in termination of the license and further action where legally permitted.

These license conditions do not restrict mandatory consumer rights or uses that cannot lawfully be prohibited.

12. Customer-Manufactured 3D Prints

Customers who purchase digital STL files are responsible for selecting appropriate printing equipment, materials, slicer settings and manufacturing methods for their own equipment and intended use.

For many automotive interior applications, REVOXYZ recommends ASA filament because of its heat resistance, UV stability and suitability for many applications involving elevated temperatures.

However, ASA is not suitable for every application.

Customers must review product-specific material recommendations, limitations and safety information before manufacturing or using a part.

The quality, dimensional accuracy, strength, surface finish and performance of independently manufactured products may depend on factors including:

• Printer capabilities and calibration.

• Filament selection, quality and condition.

• Printing temperatures and environmental conditions.

• Print orientation and layer adhesion.

• Wall thickness, infill and support configuration.

• Post-processing and installation methods.

Customers are responsible for evaluating their manufacturing process and inspecting printed parts before installation or use.

REVOXYZ cannot guarantee the quality or performance of a customer's independently manufactured physical print where problems arise solely from the customer's equipment, material selection, printing settings or manufacturing process.

However, REVOXYZ remains responsible for the conformity of the digital content it supplies and for obligations imposed by applicable consumer protection legislation.

13. Complaints, Defects and Statutory Consumer Rights

REVOXYZ aims to supply physical and digital products that conform to their descriptions and applicable quality and safety requirements.

If a customer receives a damaged, incorrect, defective or nonconforming product, they should contact us at support@revoxyz.com.

Please include the order number and a description of the issue.

Photographs may assist with assessing complaints concerning physical products.

For physical goods sold to consumers in Sweden, statutory rights under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (Konsumentköplagen) apply.

These include the right to complain about original defects for three years from delivery, subject to applicable legal requirements.

Customers in other supported destinations retain the mandatory consumer rights applicable to their purchases.

Consumers also have statutory rights concerning defective or nonconforming digital content.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable legislation, customers may be entitled to correction, repair, replacement, a price reduction, cancellation, reimbursement or other available remedies.

Where a return is required for a complaint that REVOXYZ is legally responsible for, necessary return shipping costs will be covered by REVOXYZ.

Customers retain all mandatory consumer rights regardless of any limitations stated elsewhere in these Terms.

14. Intellectual Property and Website Content

The REVOXYZ website and its original content, including product photographs, text, graphics, branding, designs and other protected materials, are subject to applicable intellectual property laws.

Visitors may not reproduce, redistribute, publish or commercially exploit protected REVOXYZ website content without authorization, except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, manufacturer names and product identifiers remain the property of their respective rights holders.

References to third-party brands are used for identification or compatibility purposes and do not imply official endorsement or affiliation.

The personal-use license in Section 11 governs the permitted use of purchased digital products.

Nothing in these Terms restricts lawful uses permitted by applicable intellectual property legislation.

15. Shopify and Third-Party Services

Our online store is hosted and powered by Shopify.

Shopify provides the technical infrastructure used to operate our website, process checkout, manage orders and support customer accounts.

Purchases made through the REVOXYZ online store are transactions between the customer and REVOXYZ.

REVOXYZ is responsible for its products, order fulfilment, customer support and applicable consumer obligations.

Shopify is not the seller of REVOXYZ products.

Shopify Network Intelligence and Enhanced Services

Shopify Network Intelligence is enabled for our store.

When customers visit or purchase through REVOXYZ, Shopify collects and processes certain personal information to provide its services.

Through Shopify Network Intelligence, Shopify may process information about interactions with our store together with information from interactions with other Shopify merchants and Shopify services.

This processing supports Shopify's Enhanced Services, which may include:

• More personalized shopping experiences.

• Improved store functionality and checkout experiences.

• More relevant advertisements and marketing services.

• Insights into how customers interact with stores and advertising.

• Fraud prevention and security improvements.

16. Privacy and Personal Information

REVOXYZ processes personal information for purposes including operating our online store, fulfilling orders, communicating with customers, providing support and complying with applicable legal obligations.

Personal information may be processed by Shopify, payment providers, PostNord, Fortnox and other relevant service providers.

We process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

17. Prohibited Website Activities

Visitors and customers must use the REVOXYZ website lawfully.

The following activities are prohibited:

• Using the website for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.

• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts or website systems.

• Interfering with website functionality or security.

• Uploading or transmitting malicious software.

• Infringing applicable intellectual property rights.

• Submitting deliberately false or misleading information.

Customers submitting content for publication confirm that they have the necessary rights to that content.

By submitting feedback for publication, customers grant REVOXYZ a non-exclusive, royalty-free permission to display and use that feedback in connection with operating and promoting the store, subject to applicable law and privacy rights.

Customers retain ownership of their original content.

REVOXYZ may moderate or remove feedback that is unlawful, misleading, abusive or otherwise violates applicable rules.

We do not guarantee publication of every submitted review.

Customer reviews and feedback will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer and data protection requirements.

19. Liability

REVOXYZ remains responsible for supplying products that meet applicable contractual, consumer protection and product safety requirements.

Customers are responsible for using products in accordance with their intended purpose and supplied instructions.

To the extent permitted by law, REVOXYZ is not responsible for damage caused solely by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modification or operating conditions outside the product's stated limitations.

Any limitation of liability in these Terms applies only where legally permitted.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts liability for:

• Personal injury or death where liability cannot legally be excluded.

• Defective or unsafe products where mandatory liability rules apply.

• Fraud or intentional misconduct.

• Statutory consumer rights.

• Other liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted.

These Terms do not limit any mandatory remedies available to consumers under applicable legislation.

20. Changes to These Terms

REVOXYZ may update these Terms to reflect changes in products, services, business operations, technologies or legal requirements.

The current version will be published on our website with an updated revision date.

Material changes will be communicated where required by applicable law.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly agreed between the parties, the terms applicable to an accepted purchase are those presented when that purchase was made.

Changes to these Terms do not retrospectively remove statutory rights or alter existing contractual obligations without a valid legal basis.

21. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by Swedish law.

Where REVOXYZ directs its commercial activities to consumers in other countries, this choice of law does not deprive those consumers of mandatory protections granted by the laws of their country of habitual residence, where applicable.

Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer protections under applicable European Union, Norwegian or other relevant legislation.

If a dispute arises, customers are encouraged to contact REVOXYZ so that we can attempt to resolve the issue directly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved, consumers may have the right to seek assistance from a competent consumer dispute resolution body or court.

In Sweden, eligible consumer disputes may be referred to:

ARN provides independent dispute resolution and issues recommendations concerning eligible consumer disputes.

Consumers in other supported destinations may also have rights to seek assistance through competent consumer protection authorities, dispute resolution bodies or courts in accordance with applicable law.

REVOXYZ will provide any legally required information about alternative dispute resolution when responding to disputed consumer claims.

REVOXYZ will comply with binding legal decisions and applicable legal obligations.

22. Mandatory Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or replaces mandatory consumer rights under Swedish or other applicable consumer protection legislation.

If any provision is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

In the event of a conflict between these Terms and mandatory consumer protection legislation, the applicable mandatory legal provisions will prevail.
