Return & Refund Policy

At REVOXYZ, we want you to feel confident when purchasing our products. This policy explains how returns, cancellations, withdrawal rights and refunds are handled for physical products and digital downloads.

This policy applies to eligible consumer purchases in Sweden, the European Union and Norway, in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

1. Physical Products – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Consumers have a statutory right to withdraw from eligible distance purchases within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason.

The withdrawal period begins the day after the customer receives the goods.

If multiple physical products from the same order are delivered in separate shipments, the withdrawal period begins the day after the final item is received.

This right also applies to our standard made-to-order products, even when manufacturing begins after an order is placed.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at support@revoxyz.com with a clear statement of your decision to withdraw.

You may also exercise your statutory right through the withdrawal function provided on our website. An acknowledgement of your online withdrawal submission will be sent electronically without undue delay.

You do not need to use a specific form or provide a reason.

You may exercise your applicable right of withdrawal before delivery.

2. Returning a Product

After notifying us of your withdrawal, please return the product within 14 days.

• Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping when exercising their statutory right of withdrawal, unless otherwise required by law.

• Please package returned items securely to prevent damage during transportation.

• Original packaging is not required to exercise your statutory right of withdrawal.

• You may inspect the product as reasonably necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functionality.

Handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product may result in a deduction for diminished value, where permitted by law.

We recommend contacting us before shipping a return so we can provide the correct return address and instructions.

Prior contact for return instructions is recommended but is not a condition for exercising your statutory rights.

3. Refunds

When exercising your statutory right of withdrawal, you will receive a refund of the eligible product price, subject to any lawful deductions.

If you withdraw from the entire order, the original standard delivery charge will also be refunded.

Additional costs for premium or express delivery options are not refundable beyond the cost of the least expensive standard delivery option offered.

Refunds will be processed without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving your withdrawal notification.

For physical products, we may withhold reimbursement until the goods have been returned or you have provided evidence of return shipment.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed.

No administrative or restocking fee is charged for exercising your statutory right of withdrawal.

4. Custom-Made Products

Products manufactured according to individual customer specifications or clearly personalized may be exempt from the statutory right of withdrawal.

This exemption does not automatically apply to standard products manufactured after an order is placed.

Any applicable exceptions will be clearly communicated before purchase.

Your statutory rights concerning defective or non-conforming products remain unaffected.

5. Digital Products – STL Files

Digital products are supplied electronically as downloadable STL files.

No physical product is included unless explicitly stated.

Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a 14-day statutory right of withdrawal for eligible digital content purchases, beginning from the conclusion of the contract.

For digital content supplied immediately, this right may be lost once delivery begins, but only where all applicable legal requirements have been fulfilled, including:

• Express consent to begin digital delivery during the withdrawal period.

• Express acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will be lost.

• Receipt of the legally required confirmation of the agreement.

If these requirements have not been fulfilled, applicable statutory withdrawal rights remain in effect, including where the files have already been downloaded.

To request a withdrawal or refund, contact support@revoxyz.com or use the applicable withdrawal function on our website.

Eligible refunds will be processed in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

This does not affect your statutory rights if digital content is defective or does not conform to the purchase agreement.

Digital files are licensed for personal, non-commercial use only. License conditions are explained in our Terms of Service.

6. International Returns – European Union & Norway

REVOXYZ accepts eligible statutory returns from supported international destinations.

European Union

Customers within the European Union may return eligible products to our return address in Sweden.

Customers exercising their statutory right of withdrawal are responsible for direct return shipping costs, unless otherwise required by law.

Norway

Returns from Norway to Sweden involve international customs procedures.

Customers returning products from Norway should clearly identify the shipment as returned goods and include relevant order information and customs documentation where required.

Please contact us if you need information about the original shipment to prepare your return.

Norwegian import VAT, customs duties or clearance fees paid directly to customs authorities or shipping carriers are generally separate from amounts paid to REVOXYZ.

Such third-party charges are not automatically refunded by REVOXYZ as part of a purchase refund. Depending on the circumstances, customers may be eligible to apply for reimbursement from the relevant Norwegian authorities.

Any taxes collected directly by REVOXYZ will be handled and refunded where required by applicable law.

This section does not limit your statutory rights, including remedies and associated costs where goods are defective or incorrectly supplied.

7. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, please contact us at support@revoxyz.com.

Include your order number, a description of the issue and, where possible, photographs to help us assess the problem.

Photographs are helpful but are not an absolute requirement for making a statutory complaint.

We will provide an appropriate remedy in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation.

Depending on the circumstances, remedies may include repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund.

Where a return is necessary for an accepted complaint, REVOXYZ will cover the necessary return shipping costs.

Your statutory rights regarding defective physical goods and digital content remain unaffected by this policy.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests before dispatch.

Some made-to-order products may already be in production when a cancellation request is received.

Any applicable cancellation costs, exceptions or other consequences will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Starting production does not automatically remove statutory withdrawal rights for standard made-to-order products.
